Reporting from the OJK website, the business license revocation is in accordance with the Decree of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority Number KEP-38 / D.05 / 2021. The business license will be revoked starting May 10, 2021.

"With the revocation of the said business license, the Company is prohibited from carrying out business activities in the field of Financing Companies and is required to settle rights and obligations in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws," wrote Deputy Commissioner for Supervision of IKNB I Anggar Budhi Nuraini in his official statement, Monday (24 / 5).

Meanwhile, the obligation that the company needs to do regarding the revocation of this business license is the settlement of the rights and obligations of the debtor, creditor and / or funder with an interest, providing clear information to the debtor, creditor and / or funder with an interest regarding the mechanism for settling rights and obligations. . Based on the provisions of Article 112 POJK Number 47 / POJK.05 / 2020 concerning Business Licensing and Institutional Financing Companies, Daya Sembada Finance is prohibited from using the word finance, financing, or words that characterize sharia financing or institutional activities in its company name.
